Tanya and Elisabeth are great realtors and even better people. I bought and sold my home with them and they were fantastic each step of the way. This was my first time selling a home and they were patient and clear with me throughout the process, their years of experience help them give sound practical advice while also being patient and kind. I'd highly recommend them for buying and selling your home.

I can not say enough good things about Tanya and Elisabeth. Just finished the least painful, least stressful and MOST enjoyable real estate transaction EVER! They say that one of most stressful things in life is buying/selling a house; but not if you work with these amazing professionals. My journey started over a year ago when I was getting ready to move to Lawrence from out of state. Tanya drove me around town, introduced me to Lawrence and the local market and just said, "let us know when you are ready." Two months ago I was ready. They connected me to a mortgage banker (also SUPER amazing) and started helping me scope out possible fits for my particular needs. Today we closed on a house that I can't be happier to be moving into. AND, it went off without a single hitch. The walked things through, worked with the sellers agent; advocated for me and got me a great deal. Plus, they love my dog ;-). 10/10 would recommend and will use again when the time comes.

We came to Tanya and Elisabeth knowing we wanted to move back to Lawrence from out of state, but really did not know what that would look like. For several months they helped us sort through all of our options: they would video tour properties and then set up tours every time we came to town to help us see all our possibilities. In the end, we bought a house that would have never been on our radar thanks to their patience and willingness to stay with us as we figured out what our needs were. Then as we were doing everything from our of town, they met the inspectors and helped us to contact contractors for bids. Even now that we have bought our home, they continue to be a resource to connect us to people and resources in Lawrence. I am thankful they were a part of the warm welcome from Lawrence and hace helped us to feel at home.

Twice now, we've had the pleasure and privilege of working with Tanya and her crew. The first time was back in 2008 when we made our first dip into the property market in Lawrence, and the second time was this past October 2023 when we put the property we acquired at the time on the market and bought a new one. Within that period, we maintained a semi-filial relationship with Tanya, who became a social auntie to our two little boys. We were comfortable doing this because of the kind of person Tanya is: attentive, kind, understanding, and a seamless mover between the personal and the professional. Tanya not only knows her stuff, she takes the time to explain to you why you should take certain steps and avoid others. She's an excellent communicator who does not hold back when she feels something is likely to go awry. Buying our second property was every bit as pleasurable as the first time out because of the thought that Tanya puts into every step, and because of her sheer thoughtfulness and all-round excellence. The perfect testimony to Tanya's judgment is the quality of people she has surrounded herself with, from her team member, the diligent Elisabeth Ready, to the other professionals who are all simply excellent at what they do. If you're reading this and considering buying or selling a property in Lawrence, look no further than Tanya. She knows the lay of the land, will move every piece of rock and turn over every piece of paper for you, and the overall experience will leave you content and deeply satisfied. We plan on working again with 'Auntie Tanya' in the nearest future.

Tanya and Elisabeth say realty is about relationships, and they live that. They worked with us for four years, through the pandemic, never judging or pressuring, always attentive, patient and encouraging. Inventory was down, interest rates went up, and it was almost impossible to find a place that checked our boxes. These gifted professionals were in it for the long haul with us. More than once they each sat in the car with me for 30 minutes and gave me the pep talk about having the right gut feeling (or not) about a place. When the right place came—and when the time came to sell our previous home—they worked fast. They work out home values and were spot on in both cases. They had assessed the value of our previous home 18 months before we put it on the market and then reassessed it. It sold in three weeks, and we got more than we expected—for our expensive, unique rural property, right before Thanksgiving with rates high. Tanya has long been a top seller in Lawrence and built a stellar reputation for all the right reasons: a real interest in homes, excellent research and skills, emphasis on the long game over short-term gains (as well as cooperation over competition with other realtors), honesty, and most of all the understanding that she’s dealing with individual lives at a very personal level.

I have worked with Tanya to buy one house and sell two. She is very good at her job and responsive to your needs. When a difficult situation occurred on the last house sell she was extremely helpful in getting everything resolved. Don’t hesitate to hire her as your agent. Elizabeth is great too.

It was an absolute delight to work with Tanya and her team. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea where to start looking. From the first time I reached out through the closing on my home, Tanya and her team were on it! It was fantastic being able to see properties quickly in this crazy market. I also appreciated having my questions answered promptly. Having a team working for you is so much better than having only one agent who, invariably, gets tied up working with other clients. Tanya and her team were amazing as we bought a home from out of state. They were extremely patient and accommodating as we had to do everything (including viewings) virtually. They were very knowledgeable and guided us step by step. They really made buying a home so much less stressful than I had anticipated and I would definitely use them in the future.
